Manufacturing Process

High-grade Amorphous laminations are accurately cut using precision machines to minimize core losses. The laminations are carefully stacked to achieve optimum magnetic flux distribution and improved efficiency.

The assembled laminations are properly clamped and pressed to form a rigid core structure. Special care is taken to reduce air gaps, vibration, and noise levels, ensuring better performance and durability.

Aluminium conductors are wound using automatic and semi-automatic winding machines under controlled tension. Proper insulation, spacing, and layer arrangement are maintained to ensure electrical strength and uniform current distribution

Transformer tanks are fabricated from high-quality mild steel sheets with precision welding. The tanks are thoroughly cleaned, pressure-tested, and treated with anti-corrosive coating to ensure leak-proof performance and long-lasting protection.

Filtered and tested transformer oil is filled under vacuum conditions to eliminate air bubbles and moisture. This ensures superior insulation, effective cooling, and extended operational life.

Each transformer undergoes complete routine and acceptance tests as per latest IS standards and electricity board specifications. Tests include ratio test, insulation resistance test, load loss test, and high voltage test to ensure safe and reliable operation.
